Check List:
1) Make sure you are connected to the router and internet is ON. DHCP server must be enable on router.
2) Check router firewall. Make sure UDP port 1000 to 65000 are open.
3) Make sure your provider allowed to use VOIP sip protocol. If you are on 3 network, you may not use fonytalk. In certain countries voip is blocked such as: UAE, China.
If above fails:
Option 1: Power off your mobile and internet router(for WIFI only) for 5 min. Turn back on and try to register again.
Option 2: Login in to your Add-Ons account and click on Account Info>Service Features>Voice Calls and select ON NAT from RTP PROXY drop down list. And click Save and Close. Try agian to register. |
